The certified doctor is always going to be more accurate then a free center even if it's a family doctor.

My experience with a crisis center was that they did a pee test and I peed into a little dixie cup and while I waited for the results they had me watch a video about abortion. Came back told me the test was negative and told me that I don't need a baby and sent me on my way. So I went to the store and got a home test, got a positive reading and went and made an appointment. This was with my first pregnancy, which sadly ended in a miscarriage at about 8 weeks.

GeekMom1213 is right! Ignore what these other people said and listen to your doctor, he/she is right.

I agree with ^^^! Cuz I'm due dec. 25th my last period was March 20th so I'm 10wks. So that sound right for a due date of jan.17

When you say you "went to this free thing" do you mean you went to a 'crisis pregnancy center' for a free ultrasound? Please know that those places are almost never staffed with trained and certified medical professionals - they are mostly volunteers who are only trained to give you biased and frequently completely false information. They might have equipment that looks nice but they don't know how to use it. Your doctor was right. Ignore the other information you got - all of it. Gestational age is calculated from the first day of your last menstrual period.
