implatation cramps and bleeding

on Friday  I had a Sharpe pain in my lower region, a few hours later I had what looked like brown discharge( once and only when I wiped with toilet paper ) which I only get normally day of period, this time I got it 4 days early and nothing since, I have taken a hpt but  it was negative and it was 2 days after cramping and the spotting, the last time this happened I miscarried and im starting to worry as this wud be my 3rd in a year and half,
someone please give me some advice

Try taking test again in a few days. if you period dont start. or a week after it dont start. If you are pregnant it probably is implantation when I had mine with my first I only had pinkish blood for a day with this one I had brown and pinkish blood for 3 days on an off with slight cramping. Just watch out for real bad cramps with heavy bleeding with clots.
