in labor
Today is labor day for me, im being induce and pitocin already started having non painful contractions ugh but im scared i wont make it natural labor, any tips moms out there who alrrady had baby ? How to handle them
Have a good "coach" to help remind you to breathe (short & fast) thru contractions. Find a focal point for when they become really strong & only focus on getting thru that 1 contraction not how many are to come

Make sure you stay positive and breath.. know that it doesn't last forever that once the baby is out its all over! You got this girl!
I couldn't handle it :( I was induced as well with pitocin and about 4hrs later my water broke I was having horrible contractions and around 6cm dilated I had to get it it was too much :( hope you can bare with it... wish you the best of luck
