induce labor?..help
Im 38 weeks and im three cm dilated and im trying everything that makes sense to induce my labor I went to the er two days ago and my contractions are every ten mins and there all in my back so there not that painful I've had sex cleaned my whole house twice and have eatin pineapple walked and skiped around I dont know what else I could do im just so ready to meet my baby girl
I went to an acupuncture session and my water broke the next morning.
I heard that curb walking helps. Walk with one foot on the curb and one down on the road. I tried it with my first and giggled the whole time, you feel so dumb! It didn't put me into labor though.
