What are the Best ways to help induce labor besides walking and sex. What worked the best for you moms? Im 37 weeks and just trying to get things started.
i've been bouncing and rolling my hips on a yoga ball and i've been walking and having sex to try to get things moving. i have no idea if it's working or not, lol. i'm 38 weeks today.
Nothing if your body isnt ready (no matter how much you wish it would, trust me i feel ya im 37w almost 38w) but you could try epo capsles vaginaly and oraly (thats what ive been doing) dancing, they say fresh pineapple helps (alot of it!!!) Bumpy car ride, acupuncture, bouncing on a yoga ball/bed.... hope you get things going as well as me do the same XD
