My doctor said I could take Unisom throughout my entire pregnancy. I take 50mg and it really helps. Or benadryl...its the same thing pretty much...diphenhydramine.

Ask your dr for something. Mine gave me ambien and i sleep like a baby. I only take a half pill tho... wait where did that term come from sleep like a baby cuz they dont sleep very well....
