sick and tired

So the past few days my face has been feeling very congested and I know I can't take regular medication to get rid of it I'm 6 1/2 months pregnant and the winter months are just beginning. HELP PLEASE!

Simply saline nasal spray helps with the congestion, but you can only use plain saline, non with other stuffs in it..

When I was sick, my ob told me to take robitussin DM. I was better within 2 days :)
