I found out today I have iron deficit anemia and have been put on 210mg of ferrous fumarate that I have to take 3 times a day. Has anyone else been on them? How did you find it?

I can't think of anything besides constipation it's horrible but I have 324mg I think I'm suppose to take 3 a day but I only take 1. just make sure you drink lots of water or else lol !
