I just looked it up. A carmel frappe from mcds (small) has 85mg of caffeine. Remember all a frappe is, is ice... Milk...sugar... and coffee. Essentially a coffee smoothie. So there really isn't a lot of room for coffee lol it's just kinda in there for the flavor :-)
yes my sister had a cafinated coffee every day. i normally have one 2-3 times a week. once in a great while isnt going to do anything to the baby.
Mmmm I love bk/mcd frappes! I usually enjoy one maybe twice a month :-). You can look up all nutritional info about them on their website.
Caffeine intake shouldn't exceed 250 mg per day. Unfortunately, BK doesn't post how much caffeine as part of the nutritional info. However, it does post fat, sugars and carbs (yikes!). So their frappe should be a treat, but not a regular choice of beverage. Another consideration is that caffeine has been known to increase the symptoms of morning sickness, so go for a decaf if possible.
Caffeine is ok to drink if its not a lot. Just be careful because caffeine is in a lot of foods so it adds up throughout the day. I have chronice migraines, since I was little. I had to go off my migraine medication when I got pregnant but my doc told me to drink caffeine every now n then to help with headaches. As much as caffeine can cause migraines, it can also help relieve them...so I drink a can a coke every other day. So get ur BK frappe! Just don't over due it!
Its safe to drink caffine...just not in excess...a cup of coffee or two...a frappe is perfectly fine...
