Hey ladies so i went to my prenatal visit today and Doc checked my cervix iam 2cm dialated and 80%effaced... What does this mean? Can baby come soon or what? Im 37wks 4days im just so worried he isnt full term?

Baby is full term at 37 weeks. And it is possible to stay dilated for weeks before anything happens
