Medicaid...how long did it take to get approved and what info do they ask for?

The easiest way to apply for medicaid is thru your local health department. They do the work for you and make it really simple. And they will call you and let you know if you your eligibility. You should also apply for WIC as well. It helps out a bunch.
It took about a week to get approved, and about another week to get the medicaid card.

Took 15 minutes online then i had 10 days to mail proof of pregnancy. They want to know about any and all income (earned and unearned), the number of people in your house including social security numbers birthdays where they work as well as phone numbers for work so they can verify.
