is this normal

I'm 4-5 weeks I will find out tomorrow when I go to the doctor. This past week I've started to cramp the cramps stronger when period was due October 4th. They are off and on throughout the day and doesn't last too long, sometimes the pain extends into the legs. The cramps get a little strong but not to the point I want to curl up and die, when they are strong they feel like gas pains mixed with period cramps and no blood is involved I spotted a brownish red mostly brown blood/ discharge and it wasn't alot at all. Is this normal? I also have mild nausea when the cramps come

I know slight cramping and bleeding are normal it's called implication bleeding/cramps. When it implants itself on the uterine walls. You can look it up. A lot of websites have a guide that tell you how much is normal.
