Sleeeep!

I'm 12w+5d & I can't be comfortable in my bed I'm rolling around and waking up with annoying muscle aches but thats not bad compared to the odd dreams I have every night that I wish I could forget. Is there anything that could make this stop?

No problem. Like I said, it does take up a lot of space. I have a king sized bed and I take up about half the bed.

I went out and bought two body pillows (between $8-10 each). I sleep with my knees bent between one pillow, and I hold the top part of it. I sleep with the other one right behind me, slightly under my back. That prevents me from rolling over as much, and if I do roll over I still have the same support. It takes up a lot of space, but it helps me.

There's not much you can do to stop the dreams other than not wake up as much lol.
