Worried

I'm 23 weeks pregnant and I've started feeling my baby's  movements and kicks a lot since a week. Today I didn't feel him kicking much, twice would be the most. I did feel some flutters in the evening though, I even shook my belly about 40 minutes ago yet no movement. does it sound like something I should be worried about ?

I'm sure everything is okay. I never felt my baby move that much at first. Try drinking some juice and laying in your left side! See if that helps to get him moving.

There would be days I sweat o didn't feel my baby move but in a few weeks you will feel him constantly. Lol. Sometimes I think we get so caught in day to day things we don't notice them moving.

Most babies don't develop a regular pattern of movement until 28 weeks, so I would say that its normal if you dont feel baby everyday. Doctors don't have you count movements until 28 weeks, but drink juice or eat something sweet and it should help :)

Babus have rest periods, just like we do. The only difference is we have night and day to distinguish our active times. Whereas baby does not, so it kicks and rolls until it uses up all its energy then it needs to sleep and energize itself again. Its scary, but perfectly normal!
