pain in my lower stomach on my right side

I been having this constant pain their it hurts to walk. Wht ccud it be. I'm 29w 5d. Cud it be my appendix cuz I'm really bad at drinking water I just drink coke n I knw its bad bt water makes me throw up. N appendix removal runs in my family

Had similar thing before and freaked out too but I found it was just round ligament pains I guess that's what it's called it lasted couple days but baby is fine if you want to be sure though call your Dr IM pretty sure that's what it is but IM no dr

Does it tighten up as you walk and then goes away for a bit and comes back randomly? I have that and I think its just legiment stretching.. that or baby is  stretching into my side. It happens more when I walk but when I relax it goes away

I had my appendix out. You would know if it was that I highly doubt it but if your really worried I would go see your doctor.  It is probably just round ligament pains that's what just happend to me last week I had horrible pain to waer I couldn't walk or move but I went to l&d and that's what they said I have also if it was ur appendix you'd be theowing up and having a fever and constant pain that won't go away no matter what you do and for me the pain was directly above my belly button and it was a wierd pain and I just knew some mthing wasn't right but again not any to peoole nor pregnancies arw the same always check w ur dr take ccare and feel better girl:)
