its official nothing works

Im 39+4 and yesterday I tried everything under the sun to try and induce labor. I had sex did some squats and even make some of the oragano Basil tea everyone has been talking about and u went to bed last night and thinking I was gonna wake up in the middle of the night in labor but guess what I didn't. LOL
I guess I'm gonna have to wait it out.

My lil girl makes the rules I guess. She will come out when she is ready. My due date is Sunday and there is so post to be a full moon maybe something will happen then. Fingers crossed lol

I just ate some pizza loaded with oregano and basil. I was told that you should eat something that'll really upset your stomach. Lol. I've got 2 days until our due date and I'm hoping it works. Are you dilated at all yet?

Eat a whole pineapple! Not canned cuz the preservatives alter it but go get a pineapple and eat it!!!

I'm on 1cm and have been for about 2 weeks

I did all that plus sat on ball for 6hrs/day for 2 weeks, walked a mile+ a day for almost a month, ate 2 pineapples over 2 wks, drove bumpy roads, massaged the ankle spot, was dilated almost to 3 and 50% effaced and was still induced at 40+1! I was having contractions starting at 34wks and nothing worked for me either!

I walk a ridiculous amount each day because of my job. I would think that would help. I haven't tried bouncing on the ball tho. Or the pineapple

Nothin works i walked squated rubbed my nioples even put a little castor oil in a milk shake... Nothin works!!

You have to drink the oregano tea all day... at least a cup an hr.

Oh I can't imagine drinking that much of that tea it was gross. LOL I will wait it put. I can't wait to see my lil girl
