I would tell them. If you dont, they could have you heavy lifting & doing things a pregnant woman should not be doing. Good luck!
Thanks everyone for your opinion. My aunt is a Manager at ardenes but she lives in pretty much a different land, and suggested not to tell them, and said they'd likely base giving me the job on my pregnancy. So I've decided not to say anything until after. If they fire me afterwards, then I guess I wouldn't want to work anywhere who wouldn't give me a job because of my beautiful baby anyways. :)
I'd suggest not telling them that your pregnant during the interview. Wait for the offer and then discuss it. If they ask about any time off or leave that you'd need you have to be honest with them. Your due date will have a big impact on that. I was fired after telling my employer I was pregnant because I'd be on maternity leave over Christmas. In my contract it was stated that there is no leave during that time at all. You should be fine though. :)
Don't tell them I didn't start showing until after 28 weeks before that I looked like I was putting l. weight
From experience I hate to tell you this bc I think it's better to ne upfront HOWEVER, I think you should not tell them. Even though they can't say anything and can not hire you gor any reason that'll be the perfect reason not to just go to the interview be yourself make a good impression. I had 5 interviews between 5-6 months with my first child and I couldn't hide it I was clearly pregnant and no one hired me and all of them asked when I was due and didn't like that id be on maternity leave during a holiday etc your not lieing and I think it'll give you a much better chance to get the job. Good luck huny! :-) I hope you have a great interview ;-)
Don't tell them gt ur job wrk up n avoid telling to anyone there eventually thyl CME to know..
In texas its not illegal to not tell them but yah that's why I cant get a job cause I thought I would try to be honest and tell them and I've already had 3 good jobs turn me down cause I was pregnant. I would just tell them later on and say u didn't know
In some states its illegal to ask I say dont tell them
I was just a lil over 5 months pregnant when I got my job as a cashier I told them from the beginning that I was pregnant and how far along I was and the manager just said that was fine and that they hired girls who were farther along then I was
Dont tell them at your interview honestly just wait untill you start showing i didnt tell my job i was pregnant and once i did they let me go -.- and used a crappy excuse
