tubal ligation?

Are there any other mommy to be's on here who are thinking about getting there tubes tied? I am pregnant with number 4 and i have already signed all the paper work for it. I'm having very mixed feelings about it but when i signed the paper work i was certain i needed it done. But i just am curious as to how other women are feeling about it if at all?

I signed convent papers at 20 weeks for a tubal, and I'm sticking with it. This is my 4th pregnancy and 2nd c-section due to breech babies. My first two, boys, are from a precious relationship. Now df and I will have a girl and boy together. Yeah I'm only 25 but I'm dead set on no more 4 is enough! This pregnancy was a surprise as our girl was to be the last due to me having staff infection on my incision that was a open wound for 3 months.

Lol if i could only convince the hubby to get vasectomy!! But i appreciate everyones oppionions. I'm pretty sure that i am going to go through wit a tubal... 4 kiddos is definatly enough for me, i feel like i am going to want some time to be active in life lol im only 22 and i havent gotten any "me" time since i was 15 so when my kiddos get older and grow up i can have sometime to go and do my own thing and still be sorta young. haha. but yeah to the women who have husband willing to get the vasectomy your lucky ladys!! :)

Lol I'm with ashdub on this one...hubby can get fixed when the time comes..its less invasive so shorter recovery plus I'm the one suffering for 9 months then pushing a watermelon out my vajayjay. This is only our 1st though so there's still time before he has to go in for it

We both will.  I'm getting my tubes tied and he's getting a vasectomy.  we both have a daughter each from a previous relationship and this will be our second together so we are done with 4 kids

this is my 4th baby and im thinking on getting my tubes tied  , after 4 kids i think i need to focus on them more and specially on me , but then again i feel scared what if down the line i want another im only 25 , and then i think what for ? isnt 4 enough hahah dont know what to do =(

I am getting my tubes tied after this baby. Its my third and last. Im signing the papers soon!  its a big decision but ive had complicated prgnancys, deliveries, and one mc. So im ready!

A vasectomy can be reversed much easier and cheaper than a tubal just sayin

I'm 24, we've been married for 7 years come September ( we've been together since I was 13.. Crazy I know!) but my husband is only 28.. I can't wrap my head around the fact that knowing in 5-10 years if we want another baby I can't have one. My dr said it is risky for me to get pregnant again, I miscarried twice so this my 5th pregnancy. Plus I am tiny an have to have c-sections. But, its easier to do it then un do it. I can always choose something down the line but I just can't live with the regret

I'm definitely considering getting my tubes tied. It just depends on if this baby turns out being a boy or girl. If its a boy, we both agreed that I would get them tied. If its another girl, we're going to hold off and discuss it more. This baby number 2 and that's all the kids I want but I also understand him wanting a boy to carry on the family name since he's the only male left.

My husband said no at first but I told him its a less invasive procedure and if he doesn't do it we will just be a baby factory because I'm not going to have the tubal. So now he's at peace with it. Even if not I don't care I'm the one pushing out babies he can get a ******* vasectomy

yeah, how does he feel about it? lol i don't think i could convince my man to get one, he says it's like loosing his man hood lol idk why he feels that way lmao! but i am getting mine done and its definatly a scary thought. idk why but i am very nervous about it.

I am in the same boat, I signed the papers to get a tubal but talked more with my dr today and told him I can't do it. My husband is with me either way this will be our 3rd & 3rd c section

I'm not. We are done having babies but hubby booty is getting a vasectomy I am not getting my tubes tied.
