I'm 9weeks pregnant first time mom is tuna bad for pregnant women?
ur not.supposed to eat more then 2 small.cans a week like lovely said. just like.other kinds of fish that r high in mercury.
Its fine in moderation... yer supposed to eat canned LIGHT tuna and no more than 2 small cans a week
