You are alright your cervix has to move and shift I wouldn't be too concerned and is completely normal for you to tear and rip.  Stitches it is also normal they mostly used dissolving ones

Sorry just seen this... you should go to your maternity hospital and see someone in there.

I'm in Ireland they've a little er room in the maternityhhospital for under 24weeks or you go delivery suit if over 24.
I really think you should go hospital by the time u see ur gp you and I both know he will send u t hospital.
I'd go just to make sure all is ok.

The other girls here can't use the hospital like we can coz America uses insurances etc..
its completely different that why I asked were u are from.
I reckon go get checked hunni you'll only be a hour there xxx

ash060115 I'm from UK and I go to the women's hospital  and they no my history with my 3 pregnancys they use a speculum to open up and look I don't like the finger checking I hate it I I asked my dad if his driving and he said no and I told him I might be having concrations and thY and he didn't even ask his people for a lift and I asked my mom and they said both said phone ambulance and I said I can't because I'm at my boyfriends moms house and I prefer someone to drive me  or otherwise I had to catch bus and thats a risk I'm not bleeding or my waters haven't broke but having that sort of stitch sort of pain that felt like it was in my chest aswell

Tell them you want a wet mount slide done!! I have been dealing with preterm labor since 21 weeks and just found out I have a std called trichomoniasis!! It is the most common one but apparently they don't check for it!! I have had it for years and never know they just kept tell me I had yeast infections

I wouldnt have a std/trichomoniasis I've been checked before I got pregnant and during witch they do at 12week appointment and I have swabs done and I'm clear and I've only slept with 1 person witch is my boyfriend of 4years and he isnt like that either so I don't know I will ask for it thow just to check what does it include and how do they do it

So they didn't check you for dilation then right? They checked the length of your cervix...  it's perfectly normal for cervix to shorten a lil bit over time, as long as it's not below a 2 I think it's okay. If it's too short, you'd have what's called an incompetent cervix which could pose danger to the baby. But I wouldn't worry if the drs are not worried. because the thing with these measurements is that there is a lot of deviation. slightly off could mean huge in terms of numbers. And depends on who's doing it, you could get different results too.
