My doctor told me its safe in moderations and every now and then. Of every day.
I drank soda with my daughter and she came out fine i was also told was back in high school that for every can of soda u drink it takes for glasses of water to basically cancel it out
^^^ Haha I worked with a woman who drank a 2 liter a day everyday when she was pregnant. We thought she was crazy but she did it with all 4 pregnancies and they all turned out fine.
I personally drink about 2 cups of coffee or one coffee and one pop a day and have no problems, my baby is 100% happy, healthy and active. I also drink about a gallon of water a day since caffeine can dehydrate you.
But if your uncomfortable with it your doctor is the person to talk to, not people on this app. Were not trained professionals and everyone's doctor has a different opinion about what's okay and what's not.
She also unfortunately smoked and did drugs. But one again out of all four kids they're healthy. (Not condoning her smoking or drug use at by the way)
My nephews mom drank like a 2 liter of Dr pepper a day while pregnant with all four of her children and none have defects or were addicted
You can have a baby with major growth retardation and heart defects from caffeine and other mental disorders
Yeah. My doctor told me about the birth defects and addiction the child has
You can have up to 30 oz a day of caffeine. I'm sure if you talk to your doctor they would tell you that. With pop though your getting extra sugars, whereas coffee you necessarily wouldn't (depending on what you put it)
There is a lot of research out there and I've done a ton (before pregnancy I was a caffeine addict,) but I've never read anywhere it causing birth defects or addictions. Just make sure you're getting your info from a reputable website.
Is horrible for the child it can hurt the process and also if it's bad enough it can be a Caffeine child when born they got to hook him up because he'll be addicted to it. .. from what I told. I stoped. It can cause birth defects also. I'd look up the symptoms just to make sure
