My doctor told me it's fine to sleep on your back as long as it doesn't make you uncomfortable. Once it starts making you uncomfortable then stop.i still sleep on my back and I'm 30 weeks
And if you're still stressing by Monday then give your doctors office a call and ask what they would recommend.
I think that if something were to happen, your body would tell you by either making you super uncomfortable to where you wake up or roll over. I stressed about this for a good month and not getting any sleep. My OB told me not to freak out so much and roll over when you can. Hope this helps.
