labor? or no?

Im due in 13 days and the past 2 days ive had a cramping that starts at the top of my stkmach and moves down my pubic area, its kind of a pulsing, it goes on for a coue hrs then stops... Everyone keeps telking me its fals labor.. Which makes sense... But today I realized I changed my underwear WAY more than I usually do (u know how it is trying to hold it and sneeze lol) but I havent sneezed, my underwear is just wet... I was up until 4 last night and he was kicking alot!!! (my whole tummy still moves when he does lol which alot of ppl keep telling me that will stop closer to my due date, but it hasnt...) After a long night of constant waking up, I ws up for good by noon, 7 hours later, he hasnt moved once that I can remember today :( ... I alredi know hes head down, but my Dr wo.t check to see if im dialated... So I dont know about that part.. so my question is... Shuld I go to the hospital incase I am starting labor? My mom says im not, but my freinds tell me I should go.... ? Help pls...

I went in a day before I was due,  I jus felt little pain here in there and when I went it they said I was dilated.   U may r may not be.  Drink alot of water rest and see if that helps,  if not I dont see why not go in and make sure everything is ok.
