Every night it seems like my legs won't get comfortable. No matter what I try. It's annoying and my poor fiancé gets woken up by me tossing and turning. Is there anything I can do for it? Or does anyone know what is causing it?

I know its weirdto say but masturbation is a known instant cure though temporary it will give you time to fall asleep before it starts up again

I know it will sound crazy but my mom is a hospice nurse and they put a plain bar of ivory soap under the sheets for rls and it works. You should try it.

Ugh I get this feeling sometimes when I'm laying down & it's the worst. I just feel like I need to move my legs and can't lay still. My husband just thinks I'm weird lol. I feel like I drink plenty of water... But I know how you feel. It's definitely annoying.

I get it some times but not too bad yet. I've heard it happens if you don't drink enough water. Which seems hard to believe when you're drinking all day long. I find its worse when I'm exhausted which tends to be a stupid result of the restlessness the night before...its a brutal circle. Just try drinking more...they bananas help with muscles so try eating them. Also, my fabulous hubby rubs me feet for me before bed. I find that makes a huge difference, it just helps settle me in for the night. So get the puppy dog eyes ready and just remind him that if you can sleep better he will sleep better ;-) Good luck hun I know its  frustrating one!!

I usually elevate my legs up in the morning for twenty minutes and if they cramp at night I lift them up and try to get the soles of my feet straight to the ceiling. That seems to help, I hope it does you some good
