Oh okay. That's what I would be scared about is being put to sleep and not waking up..would you rather have a c section?
They'll only put me to sleep for a c-section if I don't already have an epidural in or if they don't have time for a spinal tap.
Oh that is good. Do they put you to sleep??
@raymondsgirl21 The only plus side I see to a c-section is I get 2 more weeks off work with my little guy.
@drakenoboe me too! I'm scared for the epidural but I know I'm going to need and want it. But I'm hoping for a vaginal birth too. I would be super scared for a c section more than any other way though
@stephannieluvv oh okay thank you (: I just see myself breathing heavy and breaking my boyfriends hand from squeezing it lol you have awhile to go :o good luck too!!
@raymondsgirl21 I'm going to try vaginal birth with an epidural. The pain of inserting the epidural scares me, but I have a feeling that once I start having contractions, I'll get over the pain of starting the epidural. I kind of have been ignoring the whole how I'm going to get him out. My mind jumps from awww my belly to awww my baby. No imagination in between. No planning.
Thank you too and i will because time has already flown by..from finding out I was pregnant until now doesn't even feel like 28 weeks (:
This will be my second baby I'm due in march & I'm scared to lol ;) my advice to you first time mamas is just to try staying calm and BREATHING thru it!! That really helped me in my delivery and during contractions breathe! Breathing is the key, you'll get thru the pain & once you see your baby youll forget why you were ever even scared! Good luck ladies :)
Thanks! You too! Believe me, time will fly by super fast so relax while you still can! (:
*@drakenoboe
&@mreeah oh awe. So lucky! I hope everything goes well for you and your baby! & yuck haha that is gross!
@sulley_Sol yeah I feel that way too..he's my first child too. I don't know exactly what to expect so I expect the worst in the pain category lol
@drakenboe I have my first class today and haha have you decided what way you wanna give birth then?
I knoooowww...ill for sure have my baby by thursday though because thats my induction day!
Your mucas plug is just gross haha. Looks like a lime green slug!
So I'm not the only one scared. I hope you all have good labors! (:
@ Charlottecee oh okay..and I always wondered about water births but I know I have to have a bed birth /:
@midcoats oh gosh I hope I have him earlier like your cousin did..I feel the same ready to meet him but still scared too
@MacShell326 me too I thought my period cramps were horrible pains..that lasted a whole week and I'd be in so much pain..I'm just bracing myself for the contraction pain..
@mreeah omg youre so close!! Good luck!! I'm scared to lose my mucus plug I have no idea what it actually is lol
Yeah. I went through the prepared child birthing class my hospital offers...and she was going through the ways of getting the kid out. I was saying "nope. Not that one. And not that one either". I'm petrified of getting my little boy out of me. 43 days to go here.
Hey, i have 66 days left for my do date, n i dont feel ready for labo, im not that scared about it, but i just think a lot of how its going to be since its my first baby all i think about it its pain everywhere haha.. but after that its all going to be joy having my girl in my arms :) ♡♡♡
My due date is in 2 days. Lol im still really scared! But im pretty sure ill go overdue. But i freaked out when i lost my mucas plug!
Yeah I'm definitely scared just period cramps almost kill me they hurt so much idk how ima deal with it but soo excited n can't wait for that time to finally be here n meet my baby boy
I'm scared too, I've got 64 days left and my cousin gave birth last week at 37 weeks, so I'm petrified!! Can't wait to meet baby but scared too :+)
I get a bit nervous when thinking about it but then I think in the moment I'll be excited because I know I'll be having my baby out of it and the only painful bit is the contractions so I hear but I'm just wondering whether to have a water birth or just on the bed.b
