late ovulation

Going by a due date calculated I'm 5w3d pregnant. It says I conceived around the 24th but there is no possible way since I didn't have sex. The only time that would have led to pregnancy was around the 28-30. Does the time of ovulation/conception make any difference?

Lmp Dec 10th and my next expected period was the Jan 10th and up. My cycles are usually very long and irregular. Cycle length ranging from 32-43 days.

hey ace,
i think the best thing to do is to not over concern yourself with what an internet calculator says. i feel like those things are more for fun than to give a due date. (especially since they do not factor in long cycles and generally go by the first day of your last period anyway)
the best thing to do is to go to your doctor or midwife and they will guide you through your pregnancy and give you a due date.
enjoy your pregnancy

I forgot those calculators normally go by a 28 day cycle and you stated that yours was longer then that so that would also point to later ovulation.

ovulation will make a difference. I thought I was 8.5 wks when I had my first u/s turns out it was only 7. They said I just ovulated later then what the pregnancy calculators generally calculate.
It's not a big deal. They will give you more of an idea when you have your U/S they can date it all from the size of the baby.
