upright naturl birth
Who has had one and can tell me anything about it? Im intrestes in learning more but honestly havent heard about any and not even sure ify dr office would allow? How is birth givin upright? Kinda confused. Any info helps

Im due in march. Iv heard back birthing is the worst way, thata y i want tk try upright.. That and i do nott want an epi.. But drs seem to automatically assume back birth. I want to bring up possibly upright birth but i want to know more aboit it before i look stupid lol thank u

I will be doing this for the first time in april. Iv done heaps of reserch and it seems amazing. Its actuly the way we where designed to birth. Laying on you'r back is the worst possible position to be in
