Tell you bd or someone around you to pull your foot towards you and that should stopp leg cramping or strech your foot towards yourself stops the cramp immediately :) ! That's what i do
Plenty of water and bananas do help. When dehydrated they happen MORE. but when you do get them, It hurts but STOPS them Quickly. Lay on ur back. Take and pull ur toes up facing ur fave it pulls the muscle and stretches it and stops it always almost IMMEDIATELY for me. My dr had given me that tip.. Good luck :) they do hurt hopefully it helps you ladies too :)
Try eating a banana. Or 2....dr says may b potassium!

@ sely a nurse told me to drink tonic water before bed everyday , there is something in the water I forgot the name that helps with leg cramping ..
Oh my god im bearly 22 weeks and i hurts really bad i cant even sleep because of the pain :(
I'm 30wks and been having leg cramps since.I was 20wks it's worst now sometimes it's in both legs to my foot at the same time a couple times while I was driving I have had to pull over. I have tried soaking in salt it slows them down or my husband rubs them that's about it that helps me thru
yes mine do when I wake up in the morning .. really painful
Yes!!!! My legs get crampy every night and I haven't found anything that helps!!!!! I'm 37 weeks an have had this since 28
