leg cramps

Anyone have leg cramps in first trimester?  When I got home and sat down I had 2 leg cramps?

I'm almost 23weeks and started getting them the past few weeks they are horrible!!!!! The best thing to do is point your toes up toward your body its kinda hard to remember when the cramps hit late at night when your sleeping but it does help!

Oh yes. I've had them trough out the entire pregnancy i'm 26 Weeks now. They have not stopped at all. :(
