Leg cramps are really common in pregnancy. I've found it helps to take a warm shower or bath before bed to help relax. Its also important to stay well hydrated during the day as being dehydrated can cause cramps too. Since you are only 13 weeks along, its not yet necessary to sleep only on your left side, that rule generally applies after 20 weeks. So changing position occasionally may help too.
