Ugh i been having leg cranps and there the worst. Who esle gets leg cramps

Im 29weeks and 1 day. I always get them at night time. And there the worst pain ever. And i read that if you drink alot of water you wont get them as much.

I get them make sure you drink lots of water and milk and stretch.

I do and I agree they are horrible. Ever since I started drinking more water I dont get them as often but I do still get then
