leg pain/sleeping!?

Ugh i get cramps in my legs at night and my hips feel like they are being pulled apart at the joint! I can usually get comfortable laying on my right side, but as soon as i do my hip will ache like crazy! Besides drinking more water what can i do, any sleeping positions or pillow between knees suggestions? This also happened with my 1st but it's worse this time around! I am 35w2d now and time is flying by!!

I have the same thing with my leg its so annoying and like reckoning for me. What I do is stretch the specific leg (the calf, etc) & take Tylenol , it will make you feel at least %95 better
