Would someone tell what does it mean when ever you already went to the bathroom and everytime i cough or sneez i pee is because my baby is kow or what does it mean im 37 weeks ???

Easiest way to explain kegals is when you are peeing...try to stop peeing mid pee. When you stop mid pee you are using your kegal muscles. Once you know the feeling you can do it at any time of day.

Yea beacuse my husband andi were at walmart lastnight and i sneeze and i pee we had to come home but i couldnt handle it ... Dont take me rong but what are kegals?

I'm 33 weeks, I was ill last week and whenever I sneezed or coughed I would wee a little. I was told it was normal because the baby puts pressure on the bladder.

I think it's called incontinence. Your bladder is very weak at this point, and definitely will be after labor. This is why you may heat so many already moms laughing about peeing themselves a little when they cough, sneeze, laigh, etc. I had it bad after my 1st, but with the help of daily kegals, I'm healed (even at 39+5 now).
