Has any of you ladies had that bacteria called listeria? I be so worried about my baby & everything I just want him to be healthy. I'm a worried momma lol & a first timer & also what does Still Born mean? I heard that happens if you have that Listeria…..

We have a lot if listeria outbreaks here with soft cheese so that's one of the first things drs tell you to avoid where I am. Basically its a bacteria that causes really bad food posioning butbits particularly more serious if you are pregnant because it can effect your unborn baby. It's not something you need to be overly concerned about but always a good idea to avoid things that might give you food poisoning whether you are pregnant or not.

Still born is pretty much a miscarriage after 20 weeks

Listeria is rare and comes from deli meat not being properly taken care of. But again is super rare. And still born is when you give birth to you baby and they're non longer alive. But listeria isn't something you should really worry about.

& also how can your doctor tell if you have this? Do they check for this all the time?….. Man I worry too much /: lol
