loosing weight while preg

I have always been overweight since a child im 16weeks and weight 275lbs. I have not gained any weight surprisingly or had an appetite since I been preg. Is it ok to lose weight not go to the extreme but to have a less high risk pregnancy being overweight?

I lost fifteen pounds in my first and half of my second trimester because I couldn't keep anything down. I'm a plus size mama and at my 32 week appointment I had only gained five of those pounds back (I'm 34 weeks now but my appointment isn't until next week so it's entirely possible I've gained a couple more then that now) don't set expectations on yourself. Just eat healthier and walk as often as you can to try and maintain your weight, that's the biggest thing. Don't be upset if you stop losing and start gaining, after all the baby is going to add weight, and so will all the fluid as your tummy grows.

I lost 20 pounds my first two months because I couldn't keep anything down. But I'm 38 weeks now and gained 30 pounds. Just talk to your doctor.
