Aw i went thru the same thing!! I had my baby in June and i had the same problem from week 16 until birth. I couldn't take anything to help me sleep because i have 2 other small kids that i needed to be alert for at night. Sometimes the only way id get sleep was being somewhere new. Like sleeping on the couch one night or in a recliner chair or i would build a fort n my bed and sleep really elevated lol. It truly sux but in the end all thr sleepless nights and discomfort is worth it. I also would try walking at night. It somewhat helped also. Good luck hun :-)

Im one week behind u & knw exactley what u mean. I usually put my body pillow behind me and lean on that. If not I have my bf hold me from the back and lay on my side. My doc tells me its not so safe to lay on your back for long periods of time.

Try taking a benadryl! That should help knock you out and keep you asleep! Also try a bath before bed, and relax!
