smoking

I'm 25w 4d is it to late to stop smoking?

I quit when I was five months , cold turkey (: The doctor said it was the best way because you can't use anything to help and if you try to cut down it's a lot harder . But it's worth it ! Best wishes (:

I'm 23 weeks n struggling with quitting myself. But it's never too late. Just cut back each week.

I quit when I was 12 weeks, my doc said if you quit cold turkey it could shock the baby, just wein yourself off, if you write your babies name on a piece of paper and tape it to your cigarette box it will help you so much!

It is never to late to quit! Goodluck on trying to quit its the best for the baby and yourself. Talk to your dr on ways to quit I don't smoke so I cant say cold turkey is the easiest thing to do but is the best. take care:)

I agree it is never too late. I quit when I was around same weeks you are and did it cold Turkey.  The first week will be very hard but just push yourself.  You can do it!

Never too late. Just don't quit cold turkey. Its better to wean yourself off so you don't stress yourself and the baby
