maybe tmi but i need help

I'm 17 weeks and when I am throwing up I sometimes pee my self a little.Even when I just gag I some times pee a little. Well today at work I was throwing up and peed enough that now I have to buy new undies ugh. O don't know how to avoid this do any of you ladies have any advice or suggestions for me. I would really appreciate it. It's.super embarrassing to pee your self at work.

Unfortunately its just part of being pregnant. Maybe invest in some liners. Its happens to me when i sneeze and cough.

Use pads the thicker ones could help that's what I've been told

Try wearing panty liners... You can get them to fit a thong and/or full coverage  :-)

Sorry to say but it only gets worse lol, the bigger baby gets the more pressure on your bladder & you can pee from just baby moving, sneezing, coughing etc.. I'm 35w3d & sometimes when he'll moves I swear I'm going to pee. I have actually pee'd myself during this pregnancy. I just wear te thin poise pads now just in case and bring some extra underwear with you in case you need to change

Oh man just wait till u sneeze laugh so hard u litt pee on yourself deff had my share cnt help but to really really laugh... panty liners are always a plus :)

Kegals kegals kegals honey lol do them whenever you think about it and as much as possible it will help strengthen the muscles down there. When my bff was prego with her first she had to wear the pads the give you for postpartum bleeding lol she peed all the time. I'm 9+3 so haven't gotten to that point yet. Good luck!
