what instructions should i give to a 40 years old women, para 1+1, who is currently pregnant and presented with signs of appendicitis, she is known asthmatic known diabetic that she developed since her 1st conception, with family history of Diabetes and hypertension.

This is not a doctor forum, this is simply women who have been, are currently or are trying to become pregnant.  We can not give medical instructions.  

As the other women stated, if there is suspected appendicitis she needs to go to the ER.

Agreed with foreverpoppy....she needs to go to the ER. They can figure out for the most part if it is, in fact, appendicitis while pregnant, but I'm sure you know that surgery is the only surefire way to guarantee that's what it is...however, they can rule out things like gallbladder or kidney problems. With all of the complications she has, you don't want to wait.

if she has appendicitis signs you take her to the ER. if that appendix bursts she's in a world of trouble. nothing to mess around with
