men... scared or happy?
My boyfriend today has been saying stuff like theres always adoption or asking me if im sure I want the financial burden of a baby so I started to think he doesnt really want this baby.. then I just caught him showing the first sonogram (mind u the baby looks like a ball lol) of the baby to his coworkers and hes already taking days off for future visits!! I just dont know if hes happy or not!!
Just give him some time, my husband was excited when I told him I was pregnant but he didn't really show it until I asked why he wasn't rubbing and talking to my belly like he used to when I was pregnant with our daughter and he said he was still in shock because it took us about 8 months to conceive so he couldn't believe it when I told him. But now he's always talking the baby and is as happy as I am just waiting for our baby boy to arrive in June:)
I think he is just checking to make sure you're comfortable and it's what you really want. don't worry I'm sure he's very excited
My husband is very excited! He was so cute when we found out. He was speechless and couldn't stop smiling. I know he's a bit nervous as it draws even more near, about 5 more weeks, but that's to be expected of course.
My fiancée and I were kinda the same way, he didn't really care much til I started showing then even more when we found out we our expecting a baby boy, now when we're out and about he's always helping me walk so I don't trip or fall and he's the one wanting to look at the baby stuff :) he brags to all his friends now and always talks to our son an rubs my belly lol. Give him some time hun and congrats
My bf is so happy he's using his tax return to get the baby a really nice crib today but he's scared too. Sometimes guys just say stupid stuff when they're scared
Oh my god I cant wait that long im super excited lol I heard my babys heart beat today and I was instantly in love!!
Mine didn't show real excitement until he went to my ultrasound to find out what we were having and then when I started showing he is showing it more it takes more time for them to really grasp its real I guess now every time we pass the baby stuff he is helping me pick what we want to get and could live without lol
