heart burn/:

I have horrible heart burn. does anyone have it or had it ? if soo do you have any suggestions on how to get rid of it or make it less painful?
its my senior year of high school & I can barley concentrate or sleep at night. please help this first time mommy!):

I sleep with three pillows on my right side and sometimes left and I put fresh lemon slices into a gallon water bottle so I can drink the next day. Since I've been doing it I haven't gotten any heartburn andmy swelling has gone down. I vomited from tums and can't seem to stomach milk.... hope you find relief soon :)

I get heart burn really bad and I just take tums and drink some milk and it usually works!

What did you eat to give you heart burn.....I had it really bad to the point where I would wake up in the middle of the night throwing up..you have to change your diet....best option

Sleep propped up, even in a recliner or something. And do not lay down immediately after eating. Soda always made my heartburn worse when I was pregnant with my daughter. I hope this helps.
