What do you recommend? Tylonal or ibuprofen?
Thank you guys. My Dr said I could take one of them just couldn't remember which one. Tylenol it is :)
Tylenol for sure. If you use anything ibuprofen related ASK your o.b. first and go by their orders. It can be harmful if in long term use.
p.s. I'd still ask your OB about dosage & stuff. every body is different.. what's okay for me, may not be okay for you.
if you're pregnant, NO NO NO ibuprofen.. it's dangerous for the baby!!
