I'm 3cm dilated and 100% thinned, lost my mucous plug;
My blood pressure was a little high today.
Baby is stationed at -1 idk what that means tho...

It means you can go into labor any time now. During labor, you need to dilate to 10 cm to be able to push the baby out. you are 3/10 centimeters, which is a good start. Your mucus plug stays in place until you are close to labor...your body expels it close to labor in preparation. 100% thinned means your cervix is completely thinned out and ready for labor soon. -1 means your baby is engaing in the birth canal and preparing for delivery. You will likely be going into labor within the next few days. Watch for signs of fluid leakage which indicates your water is breaking, If you note spotting (bloody show) which also indicates labor is starting and/or if you start having contractions, you should call your doctor and plan to report to labor and delivery. It won't be long before your baby is here!
