Prune juice helps you go to the restroom
Fiber and kiwi fruit it's a natural laxative. Also drink nothing but water at least 64ozs a day it will help so much. Prune juice is also a good source it's a little funky but so is the milk of magnesium. It's better to try the natural route first. And exercise. Walking really works it down. I know the constipation feeling and those are the things I did and they really helped. I truly believe it was more so on upping my water intake.
