Well if you get a convertable crib it will change to a toddler bed which is what I'll be getting. With my first I bought him a toddler car bed o CE he figured out how to climb out of the crib haha
What are the signs your lil one is ready
On my daughter's 1st bday we got her a toddler bed. She slept in it just fine. I plan to get my 10mo old a toddler bed for her bday & a twin sized bed for my almost 3yr old's birthday. My newborn will sleep in the bassinet up to about 5/6 months. Cross that bridge when we get there
I've always waited until about 20 months because I liked the safety of the crib as long as they're not climbing out. Mine have never taken more than 2 days to adjust. My last we're 16 months apart so we used 2 cribs for awhile.
Yeah well I say practice with you baby:) like try having baby take their naps, during the day supervised and, little by little he'll get there. I know my sisters baby adjusted well, because he has many brothers so he was a go go since a year lol
15 months. She was fine with it we had a barrier on the side so she wouldn't roll herself out. Only one problem. .. keeping her in there! She was not easy to get down at bedtime but after a she was asleep she was fine.
My lil guy is walking. hes only been walking about a month though. And im just soo worried about him getting into things or getting hurt. So confusing lol
I say be ready for a toddler bed. My daughters 10 months, she's almost walking, already so I'm sure she won't,want,a,crib.. my sisters boy is about 17~18 months and,he sleeps with his brothers. No,more crib for him. (:
