Oh unlucky, I would hate being pregnant in summer. Poor thing and even worse cooking in summer! It is alot easier if you freeze like single serves thats what we do just cook bulk and they last so long. Also if you like sausage rolls and stuff they are so easy to make and they are great to snack on during the day. If I think of anything else I will let you know. Good thing you are preparing though!

Baked Soto. I keep it refrigerated after I make it before I decide to cook it but I dunno about freezing

Spaghetti bolognese is always good after being frozen just dont freeze the pasta :-) stew, honey chicken and things lasagna you could make up smaller ones instead of freezing one big one.

My mum keeps telling me to do this or to buy ready meals I'm not a big fan on ready meals :/ ..Shepards pie? Buy a few frozen pizzas maybe? Stew? You could just make extra of a meal next time you cook and freeze the extra lot
