Each trimester is 3 months and every month has four weeks so if your 8 weeks it's 2 months 12 weeks is 3 months. Just so meet time you don't have to wait for the next answer.

No, every month does not have 4 weeks.  Average is 30 days not 28.  4 weeks does not equal a month.  That would make the average pregnancy last 10 months instead of nine.  I belive you don't enter 2nd trimester until 13 weeks.

No there are 4 weeks a month. 52 weeks in 12 months. And pregnancy is actually 10 months but when going by the months system they do not start counting until you have officially concived it doesnt include the other few weeks in your cycle

I truly believe my last pregnancy was 10 months because I was 40 weeks 1 day. I don't believe anyone one is pregnant 9 months that means its an early labor. 4 weeks is one month regardless if its 28 or 31 days in a month. Sounds like bs if yu ask me but thats my beliefs and my opinion no ONE can tell me different

Its not counted like that...google it and you will find charts that tell u how many months =weeks, there is really not 4 weeks in a month, look at your calendar, 30 days is not 4 weeks and dr's don't count it like that. March 1- march 31 is not 4 weeks.  I don't know how it can be any clearer....

Maybe this will make it easier for you to understand.  The average month is 30.42 days.  Now tell me that's 4 weeks.  Its easy: 365 div by 12 = average length of months ;)

Lady i did the math -.- i keep saying NOT EXACTLY 4 WEEKS but when people are talking about it they round it to 4!!!!! Stop trying to prove me wrong cause ive done the math and you just keep saying im wrong but proving im right. And its actually 365.25/12/7=4.348

Anything under 4.5 is rounded to 4 and thing over 4.5 goes to 5 well thays what I was taught in school x

Hi there,  you would be all  approximately 3 months 1 & a bit weeks. There are 52 weeks of a year,  if you divide this by 12 (months of a year) you'll find that it averages 4.333 which is about 4 1/2 wks to a month. Yes some months have 5 wks,  but this is the best way to work it out.

You count the pregnancy bolt 4 weeks witch is a month doesnt matter if you think its more every 4 weeks is a month in pregnancy

Well I was 25 weeks yesterday and I have 15 weeks left that will take me to my due date oct 24th thats 40 weeks which technically is 10 mons. The first month you are pregnant is is the fetus going to urerus and getting settled and all that. Yes woman are pregnant for 10 mons I got pregnant in begining of january and my baby boy is due end of october. He is meausuring just fine and for the period that I am at right now. Im 6 mons 1 weeks and a day.

You are correct there is in fact 10months during a pregnancy instead of nine and its a fact. Also, there is 4 weeks in every month. And if its 4.34 you do round down not up thats to the other lady who obvi doesnt know her math. If it was 4.35 then you round up. Know that boo and good luck xoxo

If each trimester is 3 months and 1 month is 4 weeks as some of u say, then where do u fit in the 10th month?  Start a 4th trimester? I don't think so.  Did any of you even look at the chart?  You don't round up or down people when you are figuring this, it doesn't work.  Yes you were taight how to round up and down in school that doesn't mean you always round.  Some things need to be accurate not rounded, by rounding you ADD a whole xtra month that isn't there.
