Peppermints and jolly ranchers! I think the jolly ranchers helped because they were a little sour. The watermelon and apple worked best for me. Some people say the smell of a fresh lemon when they're feeling nauseous helps them alot.
Try taking your prenatal vitamins at night. Right before you go to bed.
peppermint tea worked for me as well as gingerale. I have heard people say candied ginger works as well.

At walgreens they have these wrist bands acalled sea bands. They worked wonders for me. They work with acupressure on your wrists.
Nothing worked for me but zofran and phenergan ..I'm 26w3days and still taking the phenergan ...zofran is the best but my insurance only pays for 12 of them and I get 50 of the other.....I avoid any food that if I smell it turns my stomach believe it or not the only thing my baby doesn't turn down is hard candy ...best of luck
Crackers won't work for me either what works for me is ice, and pepermint tea and pepermints:)
The crackers never worked for me lol. I use to get so mad when ppl would recommend them.
a few people on here say peppermint tea helps A LOT try it out i never had morning sickness with any of my 6 pregnancys

Ice. I'm addicted to ice bubbles, like from Sonics or zaxbys. Preggie pops worked for like a week with me, but my favorite was halls cough drops. Always made me feel better. almost immediately.
Try sucking on peper mints or pepermint tea that's what works for me try and rest keep down fluids and if it gets to bad ask your doctor about Zofran, good luck!
