Talk with your doctor they can prescribe you something for it
I was sick just like you I feel bad for you. I hope that you get better soon. I was feeling better by 16 weeks. I would get mint gum and then also peppermint candies. Crackers really never helped me but do try it everyone is different.
Gatorade would help me feel better since even water made me sick.
Try eating fruit and dry stuff like crackers.
Chewing minty gum also seemed to help a lot if I started chewing before it got too bad. I hope you feel better soon though.
