My baby moves a lot although I love the movements is it normal I'm concerned that my baby will come out with adhd like my younger brother

18 weeks here as well. Baby loves being active, but also just chilling out. Anyway, I have the opinion of ADHD that it's just a person's mind running faster than others, and that to put them on methamphetamines is the worst thing you can do... but this is not the time nor the place for that discussion. There's no clear correlation between active fetal activity and being a hyperactive child later on. Even if they tuen out that way, structure their day so that they have a lot of physical activity, particularly playing outdoors.

There has been no evidence to support active babies have adhd. Activity can be influenced by diet, exercise, and position. It's really not a reason to think there is anything wrong.
